2. Return Packaging Policy

  • Submit proof of defect or incorrect product, such as photographs or videos.

Packing Requirements:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Use thermal packing materials, such as ice packs, to maintain product stability during transit.
  • Clearly label the package with instructions, including:
    • “Fragile”
    • “Store in a Cool Place Immediately”

Important Conditions:

  • Used or improperly stored reagents will not be accepted for return.
  • Adhere to the manufacturer’s guidelines for returning reagents.
  • The return process will only proceed upon approval from our team.
